Sales order information

Registration




abas eB registration
  • Prospective customer registration
    The login via the prospective customer registration has the effect that the user will be recorded as a prospective customer. Web users which have the status “Prospective customer” can be provided with restricted rights.
  • Customer registration
    Customers can register in the system with their customer ID and either use the system immediately or after an internal release.
  • Change password
    A Web user is able to change his/her password.

User-based authentication




abas eB provides different authentication options which can be configured and implemented depending on project requirements.

  • System access as anonymous user (guest)
  • System access by entering user name and password and further individual login parameters.





Group-based authorization




The use of different functions can be managed by using a user group concept. User groups can be for example: anonymous users, customers or suppliers that are not logged in. The menu structure, user guide and user interface can be designed according to the user group.




Extensive monitoring options




To monitor the running system the following can be used:

  • an inspector which provides information about current sessions and logged on users
  • Logfiles depicting the data traffic to the abas ERP system
  • Logiles having the abas eB state examined in the current operation
